If you need to return or exchange an item, please bring along the original receipt to the Timberland store as printed, with your unworn merchandise and free gift (if any) within 14 days after purchase. The item and gifts must be returned in their original packaging, with all original tags intact (uncut, unused, unwashed), and in a condition that does not affect resale.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase. If you paid for your purchase with a credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was used at the time of purchase.

  • Items not covered by this return and exchange policy:

(1) Items that are damaged or broken due to improper use, maintenance, or storage, including but not limited to contact with highly humid objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergents, solvents, cooking oil, or excessive heat.

(2) Items that are frayed or cracked due to external abrasion or internal wear.

(3) Items that are damaged or broken during return shipping due to courier or other reasons.

(4) Normal wear and tear.

(5) Damage or breakage caused by improper washing or drying.

(6) Damage or breakage caused by force majeure.

(7) Damage or breakage caused by your own repair.

(8) Items that are past the return and exchange period.

(9) Items for which a valid purchase receipt cannot be provided.

(10) Undefective underwear or socks that have been worn.

(11) Items that are clearly marked as defective at the time of sale.

(12) Purchases of clearance items and any discounted products, clearance products, or special items specifically marked as non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

(13) Any free gifts and/or samples.

(14) Other circumstances that are not covered by the return and exchange policy as prescribed by law.
