As we lessen our footprint and increase our use of renewable materials, we have replaced 75% of the petroleum with ingredients grown in nature, like sugar cane and rubber sourced from sustainably managed forests. The addition of natural rubber helps provide rebound and overall comfort. -

An internal Gore-Tex membrane is built into the boot or shoe to create a waterproof and breathable barrier. The Gore-Tex membrane helps keep feet dry and protected, while allowing moisture vapor from sweat to pass through. -

Waterproof Footwear
Our waterproof footwear incorporates a variety of advanced waterproofing materials, treatments and processes. We start with waterproof leathers that are sealed as part of the tanning process; we then either seam-seal the footwear or use an internal waterproof breathable membrane to help feet stay dry. Tongues and zippers treated with durable water-resistant coatings utilize integrated gussets, to further deter water entry.
